Hey, I'm Cierah.
Over the years I have worked with individuals across the life span, providing support, initiating change, and reaching goals. While I’m trained in EMDR, I work from an “eclectic” approach, drawing from existential, emotion-focused, and behavioral strategies.
Three words I’d use to describe myself are friendly, expressive, and supportive.
My style of therapy is relaxed and flexible! I enjoy adding humor to sessions as we work through challenges together. I take particular joy in working with BIPOC, individuals who are new to therapy, and within the realms of kink and sexuality.
